Cochonnette 1/3L
Ref: BB20302
This beer is a superbly spiced beer, with caramel tangs highlighted by a bitterbess that appears during the second phase. It leaves a sharp aftertaste but does not affect the overall impression.
Saison Pipaix 6° - 1/3L
Ref: BB28093Z
Artisanal saison flavoured with six spices: ginger, pepper, lichen, orange peel, curacao, star anise.
Beautiful (cloudy) orange-amber color; big head. Very good; maybe too dry and a bit thin at the end because of the age, but well spicy, both the aroma and taste (coriander and most of all white pepper).
Saison Pipaix 6°- 3/4L
Ref: BB20930
Artisanal saison flavoured with six spices: ginger, pepper, lichen, orange peel, curacao, star anise.
Outstanding beer with nice amber-orange color and good fluffy -airy froth. Fine complex pepper aromas with vegetal accent. small hint of pastis (Ricard) and loads of freshness in the nose. The taste is original with a sour touch. It ends with a well balanced sour bitterness.
Vapeur Cochonne 3/4L-9°
Ref: BB20299
Bottle fermented and complex. On the Port-y side fresh. Spiced distintly with orange, corriander and chicory. Should cellar nicely.
Dark brown color, small head. Very malty, sweet with an apple like flavor. Flavored with orange peel and coriander. Taste is a complex blend of fruitiness, chicory, hop bitterness and malt sweetness. Some alcohol bite (9%). Mouthfeel is smooth and full, slightly oily (alcohol). Finish is crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Interesting beer.

Ref: BB28094Z
Cloudy gold with a quickly dissipating white foam. Aroma is sour and slightly peppery. Flavor is sweet, peppery spicy, and finishes with white wine alcohol tones. Very light on the tongue.
Darker golden color, with lots of yeast particulates floating or suspended throughout this brew. The head was white and small that dissipated quickly. The aroma is semi-sweet and grassy, mildly spicey.Highly carbonated brew with a decent taste mild malt with a sweet taste.

Orange-amber color, cloudy. Aroma of wood, apricots, too light. Dry, astringent, pretty sour, with a light vanilla background and a late, delicate hopping. Dry bitter finish, balanced.Interesting; light version of a gueuze. Balanced, but too light.
