Westvleteren 8°-1/3L Ref: BB22002 Strength: 8% Serve At: 12-14/Slightly Cooled Very dark, muddy color. Had a hufe off-white head. Aroma was strong with peach, vanilla and caramel. Westvleteren 12°-1/3L Ref: BB22003 This beer is one the hardest genuine Trappist beers to find! Pours a cloudy reddish brown with a thick biege head. Aroma is a bit sweet with fruit and caramel. Really nice full and chewy mouthfeel. Raisins, brown sugar, dark fruits, alcohol, and caramel are right upfront. Nice lingering aftertaste. There's a lot to sink your teeth into, so to speak. Westvleteren Blond 6° C - 33 Cl Ref: BB22046 Very nice cloudy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is sweet, fruity, and some nice hops aromas also. A very smooth beer with lower carbonation. Achel Bruin EXTRA 9.5°-3/4L Ref: BB28186P Moderatley hazy, amber/orange. Gorgeous, dense head and sticky lace. Aroma of doughy, sugary malts, perfumy yeast, ripened fruit, some spices and others. Medium, almost thick, rich, lush body, loads of doughy malt flavor, hints of chocolate, toffee, banana, fruit, powdered candied sugars and spices, pronounced yeast character, spicy hop and alcohol that is very well hidden but drys the finish a bit. Achel Blond 8° - 33cl Ref: BB28005 Genuine Trappist Blond beer The first beer of the 6th Belgian Trappist brewery !!! Pours a rich golden honey colour with a thin everlasting head and plenty of floaties jostling about. Aromas of honey, pepper, corriander, and fresh apples to name a few. Achel Bruin 8° - 33cl Ref: BB28031 This beer poured a very cloudy dark brown with some sediment present. It formed a nice off white bubbly head that left circular lace. Some carbonation is present. An aroma of malt, caramel and a touch of cherry. A flavor of malt and caramel. The finish was a touch astrigent with a bit of sweetness to it. Rochefort 8 Cuvee Speciale Magnum 9,2°-1,5L Ref: BB30056Z STOCK LIMITED!!! Poured medium dark brown/burgundy with large fading to medium tan head. Strong malt and chocolate aroma. Followed up with dark fruits and port as warmed. Silky medium mouthfeel. Sweet caramel and chocolate taste combined with raisins, prunes and light spice on finish. Alcohol well hidden. Really tasty stuff.

Rochefort 6°-1/3L Ref: BB20846 Deep dark brown with a good sized light brown head. Nice yeasty dark fruit aroma. Westmalle Triple 9°-1/3L Ref: BB21128 Pours a golden brown with a slight haziness. Strong generous off white head. Initial odor is of candy and alcohol notes with some spiciness. Definite spiciness and tartness in the taste. Finishes bitter but slightly dry. Hazy orange-amber beer with chunks of sediment in it. It pours with a thick, white head that lasts the entire glass. The aroma sweet and fruity, with yeast, apricot, clove and banana notes prevalent. It is a very complex aroma that is reminiscent of some weizens as well as the standard triple smells. The taste is dominated by alcohol up front, which gives way to a very strong clove flavor. Sweetness fills in behind the alcohol fumes, which has hints of carmelized sugar and banana. A robust bitterness finishes off the flavor profile. A unique lingering aftertaste is also pleasant, and reminiscent of alcohol-laced bubble gum. La Trappe Blond 6,5° - 1/3L Ref: BB28310 Beer pours deep gold, almost orange, with white head. The white head is thick and laces the glass heavily. The aroma is a little grassy, lots of sweet malts, sugar, and lots of yeast - very bready and sweet with some alcohol, too. The beer is very bready and malty, very little hops, some sweetness.
