Fantome 8° - 75 cl Ref: BB20524Z This is a delicious, textural, and fizzy county ale, bright gold colour, citric and sour, reminiscent of a good champagne or lambic but in a class all its own. This beer has a very strong taste, with a solid bitterness that is, however, eroded by a strong acid undercurrent. Fantôme Automne 8°-3/4L Ref: BB28172Z Hazy, light golden with huge, dense and rocky head. Mouthwatering aroma of juicy lemons, slight acidity, barnyard, pale malts, iron, corriander and others. Medium bodied, nice pilsner malt backbone with orange and lemon peels, slight juciness and sourness, fantastic yeast character that you can feel within the beer, almost bone dry finish with hint of iron acidity.

Gouden Carolus Easter Beer 10,5° - 75cl Ref: BB30015R Cloudy yellow / amber color with a average frothy good lacing mostly lasting off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hoppy anfd yeasty, alcohol, fruit and spices. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration. Saison Dupont Bio 6.5°-1/4L Ref: BB20926 Aroma is of malts, honey, citrus, a little soapy and some yeast. Quite decent. Hazy, golden-orange coloured with a lasting off-white head. Lots of very small particles floating around. Looks funny. Taste is of malts, honey, citrus, yeast and hopbitter. Much like the aroma. But the hops are more clear in the taste. Saison Dupont 6.5°-3/4L Ref: BB20924 Saison Dupont is a classic Belgian farmhouse ale. This is a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. It is bottled unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment but this is normal and perfectly natural. Poured a light gold with a thick white head. Nice light yeast nose with strong hints of citrus. Not as grassy as some saisons. Thin mouthfeel, with lota of fruit, spice, and citrus on the tongue. A very refreshing beer. Saison Epeautre 6°- 3/4L Ref: BB20932 A traditional saison style now made only at Blaugies, using barley and spelt ("epeautre"), a primitive strain of wheat. Medium golden color with a massive beaten egg white head that is retained. Aroma is wonderful. Very fruiy/estery with some champagne like charachteristics. Also, somewhat reminiscent of wheat beers as there is some light banana aroma as well. Flavor is more estery; yeast than the aroma presaged. Highly carbonated. Very enjoyable beer. Especially appropriate during the warmer weather IMO.

Saison Erezee 7.5°-3/4L Ref: BB20911 It was a superb idea to flavor the basic brew with the fragrance of the seasonal flowers. The basis is the same for all the beers, but the volume of alcohol varies according to the seasons, to reflect their harshness or gentleness

Saison Pipaix 6° - 1/3L Ref: BB28093Z Artisanal saison flavoured with six spices: ginger, pepper, lichen, orange peel, curacao, star anise. Beautiful (cloudy) orange-amber color; big head. Very good; maybe too dry and a bit thin at the end because of the age, but well spicy, both the aroma and taste (coriander and most of all white pepper).

Saison Pipaix 6°- 3/4L Ref: BB20930 Artisanal saison flavoured with six spices: ginger, pepper, lichen, orange peel, curacao, star anise. Outstanding beer with nice amber-orange color and good fluffy -airy froth. Fine complex pepper aroma’s with vegetal accent. small hint of pastis (Ricard) and loads of freshness in the nose. The taste is original with a sour touch. It ends with a well balanced sour bitterness.

Valeir Extra 6,5° - 1/3L Ref: BB40254Z Cloudy deep golden colour with a nice steady buit small white head. fruity hoppy and peachy pleasant aroma. Very good mouthfeel. The flavour is very pleasantly fruity with citrus, yeast, some flowrs and a mild pleasant bitterness. Good dry fruity well lasting finish.
