La Marquise de pont d'Oye 6° - 1/2L Ref: BB28306Z Cloudy copper with a big, creamy off-white head. Caramel and hop aroma with a hint of grass and pepper. Sweet malty flavours with good offsetting, grassy bitterness. Another good beer from this microbrewery. Sainte Hélène Amber 8,5° - 3/4L Ref: BB28264Z Non-transparant orange to amber; good but small white head, leaving some lace. Very fresh nose with green herbs (thyme,...), a bit of coloured malts, and some candi sugar. Taste, rather dry, yields caramel, tobacco (pipe - especially). Finishes with a little pinprick of acidity. Medium to well bodied, yeast slick. Very fine, more subtle beer, despite its respectable strenght. Gives a very fresh impression.

Sainte Hélène Blond 6,5° - 3/4L Ref: BB28265Z Cloudy amber body. Small white head. Nose is lemon, yeast, spice and some alcohol. Taste is very witbier-like - citrusy, yeasty, with some wheat and spice. Decent finish

Sainte Hélène Djean D Mady 5,5° - 1/2L Ref: BB28266Z Very hazy, amber color with a small head. Very flowery-hoppy aroma with some toffeeish sweetess. Quite original, dryish flavor (pine, resin, heather). Medium-bodied, low-carbonated palate.

Sainte Hélène Djean Triple 9,5 - 3/4L Ref: BB28267Z Orange-amber beer, hazy; very even fine head, amberish tinted, resistent. Fruity-herbal nose: quite some citrus/orange, bit peppery. Quite dry taste, and a bit phenolic, but this impression is only fleeting. Gets again more fruity, citrussy to finish on a long dry flavour. Quite creamy texture, full-bodied despite the dryness. Nice, quite in the style of this brewery.
