Straffe Hendik is a top fermented beer, brewed in the Brewery Straffe Hendrik at Bruges. Alc. Vol.:8,5%. Second fermentation in the bottle during 3 to 4 weeks. A selected choice of the best ingredients has been made: the different malts determines the taste; the roasted malt is responsible for the typical colour; English hops; typical Straffe Hendrik yeast. Serve chilled (10 à 12°C) in the typical Straffe Hendrik glass.
Brewed in a small home brewery in the heart of the historical town of Brugge. Though his name "Strong Henry", the beer Brugse Straffe Hendrik is not a strong alcoholic, golden coloured and a strongly hopped bitter ale. Through its gravity and distinctive taste, Brugse Straffe Hendrik has special place in the gallery of unique high classed Belgian beers.
