Hanssens Oude Gueuze 6° - 37,5cl Ref: BB30013R As with all Gueuzes, Hanssens is a mixture of several vintages to produce a lambic which is refreshingly fruity. This is the result of blending different lambics of different ages. The second fermentation takes place inside the bottles and therefore they are stored for minimum six months in constant temperature kept cellars.

Hanssens Oude Kriek 6° - 37,5cl Ref: BB30014R This is the result of blending black cherries lambic of different ages followed by a second fermentation in the bottle. Storage is similar like geuze. All bottles are champagne corked and can be reserved, in normal conditions, for more than thirty years. It is obvious that an amazing taste evolution takes place.

Hanssens Oud Beitje 6° - 37,5cl Ref: BB30073R The aroma is of sweet and sour strawberries with notes of metal and wood. The color is a dark orange and it has no head. The flavor is sweet though sour so the mouthwater starts running. It has strawberry notes on a lovely lambic background which lends itself to a dry woody lambic end.
