Bush 10.5°-1/4L
Ref: BB20134
Created in June 1998, Bush Blond is obviously a discovery in the strong blond ales market in which it will undoubtedly play a major role. It has a light and glistering colour. Hugues Dubuisson who is the current brewer wanted it to be worthy of the famous Bush Amber and gave it the same nice aroma and flavour.
Blond color. Sweet aroma, with alcohol, some fruitness (light banana). Some sweetness, some malt, maybe still too much alcohol. Quite strong final (alcoholic as well). Professional brewing of a bad idea; not complex.

Bush 12°-1/4L
Ref: BB20132
It was created in 1933 by Alfred Dubuisson, grand-father of the present family brewer, Hugues. Its former name was "Bush 12%", but today it is known as Bush Amber. Its amber colour is due to the use of caramel malt in the production process. Its bitter sweet taste provides it with firmness and personality. What's more, it helps digestion.
Pretty copper/amber colored with a thick white head. Definite hints of belgian candy sugar and perhaps some biscuit malts. Full flavor masks the high abv.

Bush Noel 12°-1/4L
Ref: BB20133
This is a sweet beer with a pleasant flavour of hops. Indeed, for Bush de Noel, the brewer uses a traditional process which consists in placing hops flowers in the vats where the beer rests for four to six weeks by which time it will have reached full maturity, giving it a very distinctive taste. In the U.S the label generally reads Scaldis Noel.

Bush de Nuits 13° - 3/4L
Ref: BB30088
STOCK LIMITED!!!!!
The Bush de Nuits availability is forecast for August 2008.
The Bush de Nuits is basically a Bush de Noël which has been matured for more than 6 months in oak barrels previously used to hold the famous Nuits Saint Georges wine, instead of being traditionally kept in storage tanks. The beer is then filled in 75 cl bottles which are placed in a hot room during 3 weeks for a third fermentation. The final result is simply amazing, a highly flavoursome beer with wine-like aromas of red fruits giving it an harmonious balance in the mouth with sweetness, a hint of acidity and a relatively dry aftertaste in spite of the high density of the beer. This is great art

When the taste of peach meets the strongest beer in Belgium
Created many years ago by students as a cocktail, the Pêche MelBush was originally a mix of equal parts BUSH Amber and peach gueuze.
Brewed since 2009 by the Brasserie Dubuisson with the same rigour as the other Bush beers, made to an original recipe based on natural peach extracts, the Pêche MelBush has what it takes to satisfy everyone who likes fruit-flavoured beers with character. The natural flavourings and extracts of the fruit complement the original bitterness of the Bush Amber to create a rounded and perfectly balanced beer.
Pêche MelBush is a highly fermented, filtered beer with an alcohol volume of 8.5%, which will make it without a doubt the strongest fruit-flavoured beer.

Bush Special 75th Amber Triple 12° - 3/4L
Ref: BB30092D
Bottle with the engraved label !!!!
The Bush Amber Triple is a traditional Bush Amber which has been bottle-refermented in a hot chamber during 3 weeks. Due to this refermentation, its bitter-sweet taste is even strenghened and its malted with nuts aromas more powerful. The beer is naturally cloudier. The Bush Amber is proposed in a luxury 75 cl embossed bottle with a champagne cork which, while keeping in line with the 25cl bottles, give them an incontestable qualitative style

Cuvee des Trolls 7°C - 25 Cl
Ref: BB24035
Hazy, yellow ale with a large, frothy, white head. Good retention and good, solid lacework. The nose is of butter, pear, yellow apple and clover honey with bready notes. Malty and fruity flavor up front with light atringency and tartness on the backside. Medium-bodied with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Medium-length, chardonnay-like, dry finish. Very nice!
Good mouthfeel, pleasant tongue tingle, lot's of carbonation, full bodied, dry. A really good one!
