According to the brewer this beer is made with the same basic ingredients as their gueuze except it is top fermented. Pale gold clear under a small white short lasting head. Mild fresh sour dough hops and light wheaty malt aroma. Medium light body with light crisp bitter sour dough flavoured start. Mild hoppy bitter and zingier sour middle and decent strength dry bitter finish. A very interesting and somewhat different implementation of this style.
