Babbelaar 6,5° - 1/3L Ref: BB30004R An original beer of top-fermentation, following our own recipe, coproduction of: Regnier De Muynck and Het Bierpaleis, brewed at de 'proef'brouwerij. Cloudy blond in color with a nice white head. Fruity, malty, sweet aroma. Hoppy. Citrusy hopes. Sour and tart. Medium bodied. Well balanced. Smooth. Finish is hoppy. Nice beer. Enjoyable. Beersel Blond 7° - 1/3L Ref: BB28199P Orange and caramel aroma. Golden, large white rocky head, beautiful lacing. Light citrus, sweet and hops. Bit sticky but a bit thin as well. Long hoppy finish. Beersel Froment Tarwebier 6° - 1/3L Ref: BB28200P According to the brewer this beer is made with the same basic ingredients as their gueuze except it is top fermented. Pale gold clear under a small white short lasting head. Mild fresh sour dough hops and light wheaty malt aroma. Medium light body with light crisp bitter sour dough flavoured start. Mild hoppy bitter and zingier sour middle and decent strength dry bitter finish. A very interesting and somewhat different implementation of this style. Related products: 1. Beersel Glass

Boerken 9,5° - 1/3L Ref: BB30008R Head is initially large, frothy, light brown, fully lasting. Body is murky medium brown, dense particles of all sizes, bottle conditioned. Aroma is moderately malty (nutty, toasted dark bread, caramel, milk chocolate), with notes of cask wood, toffee, light note of alcohol. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Quite nice. Related products: 1. Boerken / Boerinneken Glass

Boerinneken 9,5° - 1/3L Ref: BB30007R Very faintly hazy orange gold with a medium small sized medium lasting white head. Intruguing over-ripe fruit ( apple) vanilla marizipan soapy aroma. Medium smooth body and intensity flavours. Medium malty honey fruity sweet start, low hoppy bitter becoming more intense at the finish. Jessenhofke 8° - 1/3L Ref: BB30117Z Turnip and root vegetable aroma, touch of horseradish. Sweet smooth palate, low carbonation. Very rich maltiness, some grainy corners. Well balanced. Slaapmutske Blond 6,4° - 1/3L Ref: BB30019R Hazy, blonde color, medium head. Very yeasty, fruity and sweet aroma. Sweetish, fruity, light summer taste with some yeast. Soft, smoothly carbonated palate. A very nice summer drink! Related products: 1. Slaapmutske Glass

Slaapmutske Bruin 6° - 1/3L Ref: BB30018R Cloudy amber, reddish colour with a small dense beige head. Malty, caramel and fruity sweet aroma with notes of yeast and a light cinnamon spicyness. Slaapmutske Christmas 7,4° - 1/3L Ref: BB30099R Pours a very dark brown with a great sized crème head. Nose is heavy with sugar, yeast, and spices. Flavor is strong with the spices. Slaapmutske Triple 8,1° - 1/3L Ref: BB30017R Pours a transparent golden bronze with a thick, frothy well-lacing white head. Sweet, biscuity malty aroma has some floral hoppy notes. Body starts full, sweet and bready, drying slightly toward a more bitter aged hoppy finish that hides the alcohol fairly well. A nice tripel. Related products: 1. Slaapmutske Glass 2. Troubadour 6.5° - 1/3L Ref: BB28129D 'Troubadour' is a deep blond beer with 6,5 % alc. and a second fermentation on the bottle. This second fermentation is responsible for the higher alcoholpercentage and the further evolution of the beer in the bottle. When poured out in a suitable glass, 'Troubadour' has a thick white tenacious head. The first contact with the tongue results in a lovely sparkling feeling. Troubadour Obscura 8,5° - 1/3L Ref: BB30070R Troubadour Obscura is a dark red beer with 8,5 % alc. and refermentation in the bottle. Poured in the special glass, Troubadour Obscura has a nice creamy foam head. The beer has a malty character with a nice little roasty flavour. Troubadour Obscura has a mild bitterness, which is a bit stronger in the aftertaste. Troubadour Obscura has a mainly malty aroma. The smell of roasted, burned wood is completed by a light chocolate touch. Troubadour Obscura is produced with 4 different types of malt, hops, yeast and water. Related products: 1. Vicardin Tripel Gueuze 7° -1/3L Ref: BB40255Z It’s a golden colored beer, with a nice white head. This stays for a while. A nice aroma of citrus fruits, some yeast and some spices. A fresh taste, with a good balance between sweet and sour. It has a sparkling finish. A very good beer.

Vicaris Generaal 8,8° -1/3L Ref: BB40256Z Dark reddish brown with a medium, tanned and foamy head. Nice, malty aroma with strong anise and licorice, plus ginger hints. Sweetish, malty flavor with moderate hopping and anise. Hides the ABV excellently. Medium to full-bodied, slightly syrupy, low-carbonated palate. A very pleasant full and smooth brew.

Vicaris Triple 8,5° - 1/3L Ref: BB40257Z Cloudy golden beer with a very strong head. The aroma is very fruity and sweetly spiced, and the flavour is gently warming and mildly spiced. Overall a really nice beer to drink.
