Very lively amberbeer with a nice warm-nutty color and a very fluffy head. This beer has great aromas of sweet chesnuts (confit) with a touch of marzipan and a good dosis of malts. The taste is malty with a lightsweet caracter and a fine dosis of nobel yeast. It is a beer with a round taste and a good balance.

The brewery produces a top fermented beer with bottle refermentation (Champagne process) and a very low glucid rate (< 0.02 g/100ml). Which was until now never obtained. This beer fit to the present foodproblems and is a real progress in the dietetic foods. The brewer and the exclusive distributor contribute funds to the research against diabetes.

There are hints of dried citrus,orange marmalade,good malts,honey and coriander.In the afthertaste there is a nice touch of noble yeast that ends in a fine bitterness.Well balanced beer with great aroma’s and a fine complex taste.

Great brown beer with lively caracter and with a intens creamy froth. Rich aroma’s of fine roasted malts and noble yeast. In the nose there are hints of dried wood (cedar) exotic spices,licorice and good candy sugar.The taste is rich and complex with hints of fine roasted malts,dried plums,butter-bisquits,soft spices and caramel. It has a nice afthertaste with a yeasty touch.

Raspberry aroma. The head is a little bit pink and looks fine. The beer itself is a bit pink/redish. Sparking with just the right amount of raspberry flavor and sweetness so it has no connection with a softdrink.

A "Bilberry" beer

Made of beers of high fermantation this fruity beer of blueberries, has a true color(not artificial).The flavour of the berries is recognizeable, but overall this beer is watery, dull and it has a awfull bitterness of bitter almonds at the end.

The colour is blond opaque with a big head. The aroma has lot of character with notes of quince and lemon. The flavour is pleasant and very interesting with a nice mix of acidity and sweetness. Very long fruity aftertaste. An original and very interesting beer.

Reddish with amber relfections of the setting sun. Veiled dress, creamy head, tickness medium. Nose delicately smoked on bottom of alcohol. Beer now brewed by Caulier for La Rochefortoise. Sweet and sour in mouth, it offer a light bitterness at the end.
Light amber in color, with a nice head. Very yeasty smell, with some fruit aromas mixed in. Body is fluffy and light, but with a fairly complex, interesting swirl of fruit and leather.

Pretty dress with pale colors, lightly champanized, creamy and noble. High feeling of freshness at first taste, covered by a light bitterness perfectly balanced, when allowing all the natural flavor with its three components to give off with a great serenity. Beer now brewed by Caulier for La Rochefortoise.
Cloudy orange colour, fine dense head and a nice lacing, grapefruit, yeast and haye aroma, acidic mouthfeel at first, followed by a robust bitterness, long dry fruity finish - very refreshing and really charming.

Head pleasant and creamy of good maintenance, leading you in a hypnotic wish. Stout build, this beer of great aroma generosity is dominated by the sweetness and nuances of caramel offers sweet flavor, but sugar free. This beer is now brewed by brasserie Caulier for the former Rochefortoise brewery.

Dark red/brown coloured. Is unfiltered. Light brown lasting head. Really beautiful to look at. Malt, chocolate, spices and some light alcahol notes in the aroma. Alcahol, spices, yeast, fruits and some cocoa in the flavour. Very pleasant mouthfeel. Smooth and creamy. Has some alcaholburnt and a subtle sweetness in the end. Very good beer.
