Very irony brew. Pours a deep scarlet color. Nice head that laces like chantilly. Nose: sour, with a slight and very tart cherry undertone that really builds as it warms. Not sweet only the essence of cherry. Flavours: Cherries, horse blanket, plastic and a slight calvados tinge.
